Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to animals including examinations diagnostics treatments and surgeries.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in pets ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Perform routine and emergency surgeries as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical veterinary standards.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinary professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Communicate with clients about their pets health treatment options and prevention strategies.
- Educate clients on animal wellness preventive care and lifestyle recommendations.
Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing excellent patient care and building relationships with clients.
