Job Description

The objective of this role is to create meaningful connections with our consumers through well executed loyalty and reward propositions which will provide them with enhanced ways of connecting with our brands. By centralizing this function we will bring efficiencies andalignment and provide markets with additionalsupport.

Accountabilities

  • Local Collaboration: Embed loyalty in campaigns across local teams.
  • Loyalty Program Operations: Manage daily loyalty operations using digital tools.
  • Rewards Calendar Management: Plan reward calendars with local brand alignment.
  • Consumer Proposition Development: Collaborate in the creation of loyalty propositions that deepen consumer connection.
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead loyalty projects from concept to launch including performance tracking.
  • Platforms & Tools: Deploy rewards via optimized loyalty tech platforms.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure loyalty compliance with global industry regulations.

Skills Needed to be Successful:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Loyalty / Rewards program experience
  • Cross-collaboration
  • Interest in optimising processes
  • Using insight to create engagement with consumers
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • User ofCRMtools

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge skills and experience of the individual.

  • Competitive annual salary from $68000 to $85000.
