Position Summary
The Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) provides strategic and operational leadership for the technical and cybersecurity teams. This role ensures compliance with DoD frameworks while managing cloud operations risk management IT lifecycle support and secure service delivery in AWS GovCloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Task 3 execution overseeing IT/cybersecurity support personnel
- Ensure NIST RMF DISA SRG and DoD cybersecurity compliance
- Integrate Agile CMMI and ITIL practices for continuous improvement
- Maintain secure high-availability AWS GovCloud environments
- Manage technical risks quality assurance and system architecture design
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science IT or related field
- 8 years leading IT programs in federal or DoD environments
- Active certification in CISSP CISM or equivalent
- Experience with CC SRG RMF Agile and project governance (preferred)
- PMP or DAWIA Level III (preferred)
