AbilityPath is hiring for Individualized Support Specialist.

Compensation: $30-33/hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full time opportunity opportunity 40/hr a week

ABOUT THE ROLE What we value:
Program & Curriculum Leadership:
Oversee program development including curriculum planning creation of activity calendars and leading community-based on-site and virtual instruction for participants.
Staff Supervision & Training:
Hire train mentor and evaluate Individualized Support Specialists interns and volunteers to ensure high-quality person-centered support.
Participant Support & Daily Care:
Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including toileting eating mobility and personal care using adaptive equipment when needed.
Service Coordination & Community Engagement:
Coordinate services for participants transport and lead group/community activities and apply behavior support strategies to foster engagement and skill development.
Administrative & Relationship Management:
Manage case documentation billing attendance and goal tracking; maintain strong professional relationships with families caregivers and community partners.
