Based in Munich our international Design team is looking for aSenior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join us in a dynamic and collaborative environment where bold ideas and great design matter.

Based in Munich our international Design team is looking for aSenior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join us in a dynamic and collaborative environment where bold ideas and great design matter.
Your Fairway
- You are responsible for managing tasks and developing the design team.
- As part of our design team you strengthen our brand through consistent and engaging content that reflects and promotes our company values and mission.
- You create and optimize assets for various media (website paid and organic social newsletters print materials etc.) to communicate our messages clearly and effectively.
- You contribute innovative ideas and develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns that engage our target audiences both online and offline.
- You collaborate with the product team on new products for our portfolio.
Your Scorecard
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Product Design or a related field
- Several years of professional experience (min. 3 years) in graphic design preferably in a product-focused environment
- Expertise in using graphic design software (particularly Adobe Creative Suite)
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools in creative and operational workflows
- Demonstrated strong creative skills with an in-depth understanding of design principles color theory typography and aesthetics
- Proven experience in managing and developing design projects and teams
- Passion for product design and the ability to create aesthetic functional designs
- Knowledge or interest in golf is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and present design decisions confidently
