As Graphic Design Assistant at our Stockholm Head Office you will be part of the Graphic & Branding Design team within the Product & Design is a team that ensures that all products are distinctly recognized as Acne Studios designs through the creation of different graphic expressions including logos symbols brand labels care & composition label and more. You will support the team throughout all stages of the design and production process and collaborate cross functional within the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Graphic Design Assistant your main contribution will be to assist in the daily operations of the Graphic & Branding Design team from initial research to production will play a vital role in the design and production process where precision and pro-active support are essential to succeed in the role. You will contribute to the team by:
- Providing support in creating artworks and design proposals including mock-ups and photoshops
- Prepare technical packs including graphic placement to launch with suppliers
- Act as a key liaison by gathering and compiling information and share consolidate updates with cross functional departments
- Maintain and update seasonal overviews inspiration- and collection boards and branding guidelines
- Organize and manage the teams SharePoint ensuring it is accurate up-to-date and well-structured
- Ensure balanced communication and collaboration with all cross functional partners

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Academic degree from graphic design
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role preferably from a fashion brand
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe inDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong interest in typography and fashion
- Good sketching and illustration skills
