The Global Brand & Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to the success of the FLS brand strategy and plan. Global Brand & Marketing Specialist will demonstrate industry knowledge by translating the Brand Strategic Plans into actionable plans that will position FLS very strongly in the marketplace and to win at the point of purchase.
Global Brand & Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of all brand communications activities both internally and externally. Coordinates the efforts of the brand and marketing communication team for the purpose of achieving the defined business growth objectives across all brands.
Global Brand & Marketing Specialist is overall responsible for implementing brand strategies and activation plans with the goal to grow our brands and reaching higher levels of market shares.
Responsible for managing brand development and brand digital projects and contribute to brand projects in alignment with our brand strategy and policies as well as to develop tools and guidelines for brand strategy implementation for the local markets.
Global Brand & Marketing Specialist oversees all the brand guidelines policies and tools including the promotional (merchandise) online store and the DAM (Data Asset Management) tool.
Manage the brand related budget and reporting.
Responsible to measure and report the performance of all branding related activities and campaigns against goals (e.g. ROI KPIs) and adjust strategy to hit targets.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supports the Annual Brand Planning process and build the brand marketing calendar with key initiatives to deliver the brand growth strategy.
Develop Brand Strategy playbooks in partnership with cross-functional team to drive engagement and alignment with market affiliates to deliver brand plans.
Contribute to competitive brand strategy and roadmap creation.
Develop and implement long-term customer insight-based brand plan.
Brand tracking and customer insight and analysis of brand performance and suggest areas for improvements and strengthening the brands.
Develop the FLS brand architecture and brand positioning.
Develop brands concepts and contribute to securing a competitive brand portfolio.
Support brand management in the regions.
Support regional brands marketing planning to execute brand strategy in the local markets.
Developing brand toolkit for local execution.
Manage and coordinate all brand promotional activities and the communication plan.
Support integration and re-branding activities for acquired companies.
Support product and service business line stakeholders with product hierarchy and product naming.
Manage and develop Merchandise store and content.
Analyse brand performance for future development.
Responsible for brands digital presence development from central brand perspective.
Manage brand guidelines and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform (Frontify)
Agency briefing and creative execution.
Creative asset production (both offline and online).
Create implement and improve brand guidelines
Manage trainings in brand guidelines.
Support acquisition integration projects as well as support other transversal projects as a strategic partner (scoping analysing briefing etc.). Coordinate implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders at Product & Service Business Lines Regions as needed
Provides support and advise in facility branding
Travel < 10 days/year

Education and Experience
Relevant academic degree within marketing or equivalent.
3 year years working experience Marketing / Branding in B2B companies.
Proven track record of branding as well as project management skills.
Experience in working with DAM (Data Asset Management Platform) platforms.
Experienced user of InDesign
Experience managing agency briefs and feedback.
Budget management experience
Process and guidelines development experience
