Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise IT Operations Specialist (Technology Specialist) (Onsite)
Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Document each task.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Offer end-user training when required.
  • Build positive customer relationships.

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree in information technology or directly related field and two years of related technology support experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.

Preferred Licensing/Certifications

  • Microsoft A ITIL
