As a KS2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) you will:
- Support the class teacher in preparing materials and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help to understand the curriculum.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive focused learning environment.
- Encourage inclusive education by helping every child feel valued and supported.
