We are looking for a driven high-performing Lettings Branch Manager to take the reins of our flagship Felicity J Lord Islington office right in the heart of one of Londons most dynamic rental markets.

Benefits of being a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:
- Complete on-target earnings of 50000-65000
- 22000 to 32000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
- 2500 for your first 3 months of employment whilst you build your pipeline

- Full time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm every other Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:
- Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Encourage your teams development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers suppliers communities and each other
- The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
- The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
The Finer Details:

- Full UK Driving Licence
