Youll steer our AI and Emerging Technology portfolio across Consumer Insurance driving digital innovation and customer impact.
As a virtual leader of a dedicated cross-functional squad youll guide the delivery of AI-powered solutions that redefine how we serve and support our customers while working in a collaborative forward-thinking environment backed by one of Australias leading financial services brands.
What Youll Do
- Lead a cross-functional squad delivering AI and tech-enabled transformation across Consumer Insurance
- Own and prioritise the squad backlog ensuring work aligns with customer needs risk obligations and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with technical teams senior stakeholders and customers to define business requirements acceptance criteria and delivery milestones
- Drive outcomes with a focus on innovation digital capability and measurable business impact
- Act as the primary voice of the customer bringing clarity and purpose to the squads mission and direction
- Influence change manage complex dependencies and lead continuous improvement activities across the portfolio
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 3 years experience in insurance or financial services and 1 year in project delivery
- Strong understanding of AI solutions and emerging technology (desired)
- Proven ability to lead Agile squads and deliver complex digital initiatives with clear business value
- Strong commercial and technical acumen able to translate strategy into executable delivery plans
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills including at senior leadership level
- Experience with data-driven decision-making change management and risk-aware delivery practices
- Product Owner certification and relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
