Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Location: Sulphur OK
Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Clerk to manage and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production has the materials needed and that stock levels remain accurate and organized.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits
Receive label and store incoming materials and supplies
Track and record inventory transactions in the system
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system data
Assist with preparing materials for production and staging orders
Communicate with purchasing and production teams regarding stock needs or shortages
Ensure storage areas are clean organized and compliant with safety standards
Use forklift or pallet jack to move materials as needed (if certified)
Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse environment preferred
Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification a plus but not required
