Our Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for finding attracting and hiring qualified candidates to join our amazing Team. This process entails sourcing and screening candidates coordinating the interviews through a scheduling tool program facilitating the candidate hiring process and assisting in the onboarding all while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the companies staffing needs. Our Recruitment Coordinator uses a values-based approach to ensure were hiring individuals with the utmost integrity desire to work hard aspiration for learning and growth and passion to care for others.
Responsibilities for Recruiter
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes & job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Develop job postings job descriptions and position requirements.
- Align daily practices of the recruiting efforts with the vision and the current goals of the
organization.
- Prepare recruitment materials to attract talent.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- New-hire uniform fittings.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Attend job and career fairs when necessary.
- Manage the overall interview selection and onboarding process.
- Perform exit interviews whenever possible to gain insight into turnover and future selection decisions.
- Tracking of all candidates and new hires.
- Ensure all screening hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Location
Our Recruitment Coordinator will work out our Recruiting & Administrative Office located in the White Oak Village Shopping Center. Along with a great space to thrive in you will have the support and community of a few other Leaders at this site.
