As we expand our operations in Western Canada were looking for a results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to support and grow our client base in Alberta this is an internal role at Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. Manage and expand client relationships across Alberta especially in Skilled Trades and Engineering sectors

Generate new business and identify growth opportunities in the region

Represent and build Dawn Staffings presence in the Western Canada market

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating offers

Coach and support internal recruiters ensuring successful candidate placements

Create candidate pipelines tailored to client needs and industry trends

Track recruitment activity and share insights with the internal team

Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruitment operations

2 years of experience in the recruitment industry
-
1 year in account management or business development
-
Knowledge of the Alberta job market especially manufacturing/engineering sectors

Hands-on experience with ATS systems CRM tools and lead generation platforms

Strong interpersonal skills: able to engage assess and connect with talent across levels

A strategic mindset: results-focused proactive and driven to succeed

Experience conducting client visits and building long-term partnerships
