The Patcraft Houston TX team is expanding. Our team is growing and this opportunity to join our team might just be what youve been looking for. The ideal candidate lives in or is willing to relocate to the Houston market.
Commercial Account Managers are responsible for executing the sales process within their designated territories and must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. A comprehensive understanding of the product line and how each product is applied is essential. The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers in a friendly professional manner is a must.
The ideal candidate will be flexible personable and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Commercial Account Managers are also responsible for delivering presentations to architects designers and end-users to educate them on the flooring industry and showcase how Patcraft can support their projects.

Whats it like
Youll join a cohort of other early-career sales professionals in an exciting intensive 1012 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (we have corporate housing options!).
During training youll participate in team-building activities plant tours (youve got to see how our products are made!) sales ride-alongs product knowledge assessments professional presentation workshops and more. If you bring a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed well provide all the tools you need to thrive in the field.
Whats
Bachelors degree in business sales or a related field
Willingness to relocated to Cartersville GA for 10-12 week training program
Willingness to relocate to the Houston market
A strong desire to grow learn and succeed
