We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating managing and delivering clear internal and external communications that reflect the mission and goals of Property Soar. This role will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and correspondence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies to support business objectives
Draft and proofread internal memos newsletters presentations and reports
Coordinate company announcements and external communications with stakeholders
Support the planning and execution of company events presentations and meetings
Ensure brand consistency and professional tone across all written materials
Assist leadership in preparing speeches statements and client-facing documents
Track and analyze communication effectiveness to improve future strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or a related field
2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and editing proficiency
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
