We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan and execute corporate client-focused and community-based events. You will oversee the entire event processfrom concept and planning to execution and post-event evaluationensuring seamless operations and an outstanding experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of events including logistics vendors scheduling and budgeting
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet event goals
Conduct site inspections and manage on-site event setup and breakdown
Track event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
Handle contracts permits and compliance documentation
Analyze event performance and provide reports for continuous improvement
Resolve issues quickly and efficiently during events
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Marketing Communications or a related field
2 years of event planning or coordination experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
