Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Interface Management:
- Identify document and manage all interfaces between project stakeholders (Engineering procurement vendors Client).
- Facilitate interface meetings and workshops to resolve design conflicts and ensure alignment of scope schedule and responsibilities.
Technical Management:
- Ensure engineering schedules align with procurement construction and commissioning timelines.
- Interface with procurement and construction teams to support technical evaluations and resolve site queries or clashes.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the focal point between internal teams (Engineering E&IC Procurement) and external stakeholders (Vendors or Subcontractors).
- Manage expectations of the project ensuring engineering and procurement alignment.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes for all engineering & procurement activities and that all deliverables are verified prior to submission.
- Support and facilitate multi-discipline squad checks plus formal 30% 60% and 90% 3D model reviews; capture actions and verify close-out.
- Support the implementation of project change management for engineering and interface changes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical related field)
Experience: 1015 years of experience in engineering and project interface management on EPC or mega projects
