Job Description
A growing construction company is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee multiple active project sites. This full-time role (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) requires a hands-on organized individual with a strong background in construction and site operations. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day site activities are completed safely on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and coordinate daily site operations across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
Supervise subcontractors trades and laborers on-site
Monitor project timelines material deliveries and workforce efficiency
Communicate project progress to senior leadership
Resolve on-site issues and delays proactively
Perform regular site inspections and quality checks
Ideal Qualifications:
3 years of experience in construction site management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and building codes
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to project success
