Proactively generate and follow up on leads for both inside and outside sales
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors builders and homeowners
Visit customer job sites and offices as needed to provide quotes and product guidance
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing products and solutions
Close sales while always prioritizing the customer experience
Customer Service & Front Counter
Greet walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
Assist customers at the front counter with orders questions and product selection
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and knowledgeably
Team Support & Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate customer records in our system
Use computer systems to enter data check inventory and manage quotes/orders
Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Qualications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with computers and basic office software
Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment
High emotional intelligence and natural charisma
A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems
