Job Type: Full-time On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)
Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. In this entry-level position you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team by fostering strong relationships with clients and assisting in the day-to-day operations that ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement account strategies.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and market trends.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and other client communications.
Qualities Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of account management and customer service principles.
