This is your opportunity to be part of Maersks exciting journey as we expand our Global Service Centre (GSC) in Warsaw! Were looking for a Finance Trainer to join our Learning & Development team equipping our Finance and Accounting colleagues with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a fast-paced global business.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Finance Trainer youll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful training programs for our finance teams across Account Receivable Accounts Payable and Recrod to Report streams. You will:
Deliver high-quality new hire and functional finance training both virtually and in person
Develop and update training content including SOPs simulations presentations and digital learning tools (yes youll get to use AI too!)
Identify training needs design learning paths and run refresher sessions to upskill our workforce
Ensure trainee performance is tracked shared with stakeholders and continuously improved
Be hands-on in SAP ECC (S/4HANA experience is a plus) and bring systems knowledge to life in a practical and engaging way
Collaborate closely with our global training teams and contribute to exciting L&D projects
What Youll Bring:
Solid Finance & Accounting background with AP/AR/R2R knowledge as a strong asset
Proven experience in Training Learning & Development or facilitation you enjoy being in front of a group
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC (S/4HANA preferred)
Fluency in English and Polish (additional languages like German or Dutch are a bonus)
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Experience in creating learning content using digital tools or AI technologies is a plus
A self-starter with a structured approach who can handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
