Our client a global leader in digital solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join their team in the CEE region. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with internship or work-study experience who are eager to kickstart a career in Customer Success.
You will build trusted relationships and guide customers through their digital journey leading workshops assessing workflows and demonstrating the real business impact of our clients solutions. You will support adoption ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities while collaborating closely with sales and product teams. A key part of the role will also be to inspire customers to push creative boundaries using cutting-edge digital tools.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with relevant internship or candidates with entry level of experience. You should bring a passion for customer success design workflows and digital trends combined with strong organizational skills and a proactive customer-first mindset. Confidence in engaging with both end-users and executives is important as is business proficiency in English and German.
