Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with expertise in electrical system design reliability inspection testing and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in electrical reliability & improving electrical system maintenance programs & policies proficient in creating road-maps for the standardization of maintenance programs ability to interpret maintenance standards to ensure compliance familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and has the ability to perform in-depth analysis of trends in electrical system reports & support correction of deficiencies found.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use electrical reliability & maintenance expertise to perform maintenance plan gap assessments to industry standards
- Provide subject matter expertise in electrical distribution for - electrical maintenance outages and deficiency correction plans
- Support annual budgeting cycles and planning
- Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations including audits of existing programs in compliance with local codes and global standards
- Partner with Risk Management and other key stakeholders in changes to the electrical system maintenance programs aligning with insurance requirements as applicable including system inspections and testing
- Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
- Work with CMMS team to improve electrical maintenance plans and ensure reliability data is available
- Support operations construction and other relevant departments with maintenance plans for new equipment and total cost ownership
- Audit electrical system maintenance practices to identify deviations and corrective actions.
- Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports and escalate as necessary to drive improvements to maintenance activities or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems.
- Support training and start-up of electrical system maintenance and impairment programs at new operations locations.
- Develop and improve installation commissioning and inspection processes including audit practices related to electrical systems.
- On Call support 4-5 times per year providing 24x7 support to network emergency electrical needs

- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of electrical maintenance and reliability experience.
- Electrical standard and code knowledge with experience interpreting.
- Experience with performing critical incident response for electrical system failures along with developing and recommending remediation strategies to restore operational capability
- Experience in analyzing electrical failure data and recommending reliability improvements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
