Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious IT Support Analyst to join our team in a high-compliance manufacturing environment. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day IT operations ensuring adherence to CMMC v2 Level 2 controls and maintaining secure systems that support space industry clients and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Required: Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field. 5 years of IT support experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with CMMC v2 NIST SP 800-171 or DFARS 252.204-7012 requirements. Experience supporting Windows OS Microsoft 365 and endpoint protection tools. Strong understanding of network protocols firewalls and VPNs. U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance preferred. Preferred: CompTIA Security Network or A Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) or equivalent knowledge What We Offer:
