Summary
Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Goshen Physicians is hiring a Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to join our Neurology team. This is a full-time position. Were looking for a passionate individual to work in a team-centered collaborative environment. This office sees a high number of patients with varied neurological conditions such as epilepsy stroke multiple sclerosis migraines Parkinsons disease and neuropathies. This role will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions order diagnostic testing develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with our neurology physicians and offer patient and family education.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified in Indiana
- Focus on community emphasizing disease prevention wellness and health promotion
- Provide personal comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
- Neurology experience preferred new graduates with a strong neurology interest may be considered
