Company: Guided Energy
Title: GTM Launcher Germany (Founding Commercial Role)
Location: Germany or Paris (Paris ideal Germany fine) - Onboarding in paris
Industry: Transportation / AI / B2B SaaS
Product: AI agents for fleets and logistics companies that automate high-friction communication (calls emails texts) using LLMs
Team: 5-person core team (Founders Product Sales); this is the first commercial hire focused on the DACH marketRole:
Guided Energy is hiring a Founding GTM Launcher to open and scale its presence in the German-speaking market. Youll take ownership of the German commercial motion end-to-end: prospecting pitching closing and iterating the go-to-market playbook alongside the founders. Youll also localize messaging refine buyer personas and feed product insights directly into the roadmap.
This is a high-trust high-impact role with significant ownership and room to grow into AE or regional leadership. The product is already live with several fleet clients and solving real operational pain now its time to bring that to Germany.Buyer Persona: Dispatch teams Ops managers Subcontractor coordinators at fleets logistics firms and mid-sized hauliers
Sales Motion:
  • 100% outbound
  • Region-specific lead generation
  • Booking and running demos running full cycle sales.
  • Close collaboration with product & founders to evolve pitch
Deal Size:
  • SMB: 1K/month
  • Mid-market: 2K/month
  • Enterprise: TBD
Sales Cycle:
  • Rapid closes within days or weeks
  • Contract signed go-live usage-based expansion
Whats Unique:
  • Product solves a clear high-friction pain with measurable ROI
  • Thousands of manual calls/messages are automated daily with LLMs
  • Founders validated pitch & GTM themselves with 3K cold calls
  • Pivoted from EV fleet tech to AI-based ops comms; real traction across multiple markets.
  • DACH is a top priority market for 2025
Must Haves:
  • Native or fluent German
  • High energy commercial ambition self-starter
  • Comfortable with 100 cold calls/day
  • Strong interest in logistics transport or applied AI
  • Desire to grow into AE or commercial leadership
  • Industry background doesnt matter: this is a personality hire; looking for someone who wants to build the company together with the team
  • 80 Candidates that fit the mold of a self-starter sharp entrepreneurial thinker ready to do the grunt work and also celebrate eventual success.
Nice to Haves:
  • Previous SDR AE or GTM experience (02 years)
  • B2B startup exposure or lead gen experience
  • Side projects self-taught outbound skills demo experience
  • Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Looking for someone like Anant - sharp energetic and entrepreneurial.
Compensation: 100-120k OTE
For Candidates with a Sales Background:
  • 60/40 OR 70/30 split uncapped 1.2x accelerator after 100% Quota
Consulting / product background
  • higher base 80/20 or 100/0
  • Strong growth path toward AE / Market Lead roles
  • Equity options available for foundational hires
