Job Description

Status:Full-Time Salary

FLSA classification: Exempt

Summary of Position: Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care to ensure participation and involvement of the entire family. In addition this position provides substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network counseling to parents/caregivers. This position will be responsible for administering and scoring screening and evaluation tools required by the project.

Salary Range: $48000 - $52806 annually

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Social Work Clinical Mental Health Counseling Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in behavioral health field required.
  • Current state licensure (i.e. LCSW LPC LCDC or LMFT)
  • Knowledge of addiction and family systems theory.
  • Experience delivering evidence based programs in a home setting
  • One year of related experience/training in youth services community programs or program development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance is required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
