Job Description Summary
The Director of Integrated Insights & Research will help develop a predictive analytics and insights capability within Corporate Affairs. This role is responsible for equipping Corporate Affairs teamsincluding Communications Government Affairs ESG and Global Healthwith data and intelligence to inform strategy optimize performance and enhance stakeholder engagement. By leading Corporate Affairsspecific market research performance measurement and stakeholder mapping the Director will ensure Corporate Affairs initiatives are aligned with business objectives and heed external dynamics. They will manage a team of 3 to support execution.This role is required to be in our East Hanover NJ office 3x/week.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive analytics and insights strategy aligned with Corporate Affairs teams and objectives leveraging advanced data analytics techniques and research methodologies to proactively identify market opportunities and risks.
Support the design and implementation of predictive analytics models to forecast market dynamics anticipate shifts in stakeholder behavior and inform strategic decision-making across the function.
Co-crate the strategy for and lead the implementation of AI-driven approaches and tools/platforms to capture efficiencies and increasingly power teams with proven methodologies backed by true data-science approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate insights optimize engagement strategies and enhance resource allocation based on data-driven recommendations.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of functional performance and analytics initiatives report progress against strategic goals and communicate insights to executive leadership.
Champion a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the importance of evidence-based decision-making providing training and support on data analytics tools and methodologies and fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in analytics and insights and assess their potential impact on the companys competitive positioning and strategic priorities.
Cultivate relationships with and manage a diverse range of external partners including agencies and vendors to access additional expertise data sources and analytical capabilities that can further enhance the companys analytics and insights capabilities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 12 years of experience in a data and insights role in the communications or government affairs area
- Effectiveness of insights in informing strategies and tactics changing practice and enabling the entire Corporate Affairs functionfrom comms and government affairs to our ESG team and beyond.
- Timely and comprehensive reporting of performance on functional and project objectives to senior leadership
- Proactive and efficient management of processes ensuring timeliness and high-quality execution

Further final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to geographical location experience level knowledge skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a sign-on bonus restricted stock units and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
