DescriptionCaesars Entertainments internal agency is seeking a Creative Trafficker Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day workflow of creative projects within the department ensuring timely delivery balanced workloads and clear communication between creative and account teams. The Creative Trafficker Supervisor manages a team of three traffic coordinators and acts as a liaison between creative account and production teams to streamline processes and remove roadblocks. They also manage and train the Creative Traffic Team. An ideal candidate is highly organized deadline-driven experienced in managing creative workflows in a fast-paced environment and familiar with a range of creative forms from direct mail to commercials.
Job Summary:
As a Creative Trafficker Supervisor at Caesars Entertainment youll get to showcase your expertise in delivering creative on time. Specifically youll get to:
- Manage mentor and support a team of three Traffic Coordinators providing clear direction training and performance feedback.
- Maintain a centralized scheduling and resource management through Wrike ensuring transparency and accountability across projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks proactively resolving conflicts in scheduling or resource allocation.
- Lead weekly traffic and status meetings providing updates on current projects resource availability and upcoming deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to creative processes and standards while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and team output.
- Collaborate with creative leads to balance team workloads matching project needs with team strengths.
- Communicate any issues related to creative and facilitate getting answers to ensure timelines are maintained.
- Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve workflow
- Ensure creative follows ad policies and Responsible Gaming requirements
- Share Information and work as a team member to ensure efficiencies. Adhere to quick deadlines while ensuring high production standards. Cross-train as needed and perform all other duties as requested/directed/ needed/assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent job experience.
- 3 years of trafficking experience in a studio/agency environment preferred.
- Direct supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of creative processes for print digital and video projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Wrike Workfront)
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative production and marketing teams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- A passion for providing excellent client service and following through on requests
- Knowledge of PC AND MAC and related software (Word Excel and other software)
- Must work well with various partners in the creative process including studio partners agency of record brand associates etc.
