You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA growing ABA company in Brooklyn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Administrator to manage the onboarding process for new patients and support the recruitment of clinical staff. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth compassionate and efficient entry into care for families seeking ABA services.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the first point of contact for families initiating ABA services
Explain available care options and guide families through the intake process
Verify insurance benefits and ensure all intake documentation is complete
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of clients
Assist with recruiting BCBAs and other clinical staff
Match new clients with appropriate providers based on care needs and availability
Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending intake tasks
Support internal operations as needed to improve the client onboarding experience
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in ABA healthcare intake or related administrative roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for helping families and contributing to a mission-driven organization
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction has strong administrative abilities and is excited about playing a key role in both family engagement and clinical staffing.
Salary: $50k - $60k/Year Bonus
