What Youll Do
- Engage & Identify Prospects Proactively reach out to potential customers through email phone social media and events to generate interest and build a qualified pipeline.
- Qualify Leads Conduct meaningful conversations to understand business needs ask insightful questions and determine the best fit for Fingerprints solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and share key insights to strengthen customer engagement.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy Keep Salesforce and up to date with detailed notes and follow-ups ensuring clean and reliable pipeline data.
- Market & Product Feedback Gather valuable insights from prospects and share feedback with internal teams to help shape our go-to-market strategy.
- Meet & Exceed Goals Consistently achieve or outperform monthly and quarterly targets for outreach lead generation and booked meetings.
- Continuous Learning & Development Stay ahead of industry trends customer pain points and competitors to refine outreach strategies and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a BDR or Sales Development role within SaaS selling to technical decision-makers.
- Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Experience with both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies using traditional outbound methods and an eye creative and unique outbounding methods
- Strong communication skills able to craft compelling outreach messages drive value-focused conversations and confidently engage with prospects.
- Solutions-oriented and adaptable with a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate Fingerprints product value to potential clients.
