Job Description

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving business growth At Fingerprint were looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) in EMEA to expand our outreach and connect potential customers with our industry-leading solutions.

As a Sr. BDR you will play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective clients helping them understand how our technology can solve their challenges. If you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoy turning prospects into meaningful partnerships wed love to hear from you!

What Youll Do

  • Engage & Identify Prospects Proactively reach out to potential customers through email phone social media and events to generate interest and build a qualified pipeline.
  • Qualify Leads Conduct meaningful conversations to understand business needs ask insightful questions and determine the best fit for Fingerprints solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and share key insights to strengthen customer engagement.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy Keep Salesforce and up to date with detailed notes and follow-ups ensuring clean and reliable pipeline data.
  • Market & Product Feedback Gather valuable insights from prospects and share feedback with internal teams to help shape our go-to-market strategy.
  • Meet & Exceed Goals Consistently achieve or outperform monthly and quarterly targets for outreach lead generation and booked meetings.
  • Continuous Learning & Development Stay ahead of industry trends customer pain points and competitors to refine outreach strategies and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What Were Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in a BDR or Sales Development role within SaaS selling to technical decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Experience with both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies using traditional outbound methods and an eye creative and unique outbounding methods
  • Strong communication skills able to craft compelling outreach messages drive value-focused conversations and confidently engage with prospects.
  • Solutions-oriented and adaptable with a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate Fingerprints product value to potential clients.
