Experience:Minimum 7-10 years in plywood/building materials industry
As aSales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives/Area Sales Managers
- Driving primary and secondary sales across assigned territories
- Expanding dealer/contractor networks and managing key accounts
- Ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy credit cycles
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies
- Conducting regular market visits competitor analysis and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in plywood laminates or allied building materials
- Excellent leadership communication & negotiation skills
- Strong dealer network knowledge and field experience
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to travel extensively
