We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Community Support Assistant.
The Community Support team provides housing related support to individuals living in supported accommodation. The service assists people to maintain their independence within the community thus preventing loss of their home or tenancy and/or otherwise unnecessary use of more institutional forms of care by supporting individuals to gain re-learn or maintain life skills in order to carry out their own day to day tasks such as cooking cleaning laundry budgeting and paperwork.
We are seeking candidates who have a genuine wish to make peoples lives better by actively supporting our clients in a person-centred way. You should be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach.
