Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Concord NH. The role involves analyzing and resolving complex applications system administration and network issues while improving computer systems and supporting system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers architects business managers and administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze science engineering business and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions.
- Perform systems management and integration functions.
- Improve existing computer systems and optimize workflows.
- Review system capabilities workflows and schedule limitations.
- Analyze or recommend commercially available software solutions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team or serve as a team lead.
- May supervise and guide teams in technical support functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher.
- 3 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in projects of similar size and complexity.
- Strong experience in technical support systems administration or network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
