Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist - Hereford
Location:Hereford
Pay Rate: 29.02 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for its client based in Hereford.
What will your responsibilities be
- Work as part of a wider Occupational Therapy team supporting a diverse service user group across rural town village and city settings
- Supervise a small group of Occupational Therapy staff while maintaining a small caseload of complex cases
- Handle daily referral enquiries and participate in regular stakeholder meetings
- Undertake audits and contribute to service development and quality assurance
- Mentor staff and students manage performance and uphold professional and organisational standards
- Champion key specialisms such as Moving and Handling Adaptations Technology Enabled Living and Community Equipment Store clinical leadership

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills
- Experience in supervision and complex case management
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and service improvement
