What youll be doing.
- Connect and engage with customers in person or virtually over the phone through text email and social media listen to their needs answer questions and guide them through the car-buying experience with confidence and care.
- Prospecting new businessyoull be making a high volume of daily outbound calls to generate new leads follow ups and check in with past clients. Its not always glamorous but it works and its a huge key to your success here.
- Show off our inventoryknow your products inside and out so you can highlight features benefits and options that match each customers lifestyle.
- Lead test drives like a proset the tone for a great customer experience while making it easy (and FFUN!) for them to picture life in their new vehicle.
- Follow up like a champbuild lasting relationships by checking in providing updates and helping customers feel supported every step of the way.
