The Operations Officer will work within the team dedicated to the maintenance and data integrity of the research information and management system (lnfoEd); including system administration and quality assurance; and the delivery of high-quality customer focused services to the University. The Operations Officer will contribute to the culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying more efficient business processes.
The Operations Officer reports to the Senior Manager Operations and has no direct reports.
The Organisation
The Division of Research & Enterprise at UNSW is responsible for the strategic research direction and overall research performance of the University and in particular maintaining and advancing the Universitys profile in research and research training as well as technology transfer.
