What You Will Do:
Distributeparts/supplies at counter and postparts to work orders in dealership systems
Assistin shipping and receiving by unpacking/packing boxes; stockparts on shelves
Unloadtrucks and signs for shipments; inspects for damage and returns if necessary
Conductphysical counts of parts/supplies for cycle inventory
AdviseManager Parts of stock outs and low stock problems based on inventory system data or visual inspection
Maintaina clean and safe work area
Placedaily parts orders
Assist parts manager in processing weekly stock orders; stockand postincoming orders
Notifyappropriate parties when special order parts arrive
Serveas back-up for parts manager for inventory functions
Maintainup-to-date parts price list; updateelectronic parts files
Compilestock control reports such as consumption rate and current market conditions to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
Providenecessary information to the warranty department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties
Continuously develop your product knowledgeto become fluent on all things BMW. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings and the latest technologies
Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Who You Are:
Available to work flexible hours and weekends with some late nights
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Comfortable with technology and learning new software
Self-starter with an ambitious and outgoing spirit
Enthusiastic about learning the BMW product line
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members
Strong attention to details while multi-tasking in your daily work
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Reliable while working efficiently with daily tasks

Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work autonomously to schedule and prioritize your work

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Generally work is performed Monday through Saturday with Sundays and one other day off during the week. You will berequired to work someSaturdays and some late nights.
