Job Description

We are seeking a Lease Return Coordinator to join our team at BMW of Fort Lauderdale and be the friendly knowledgeable point of contact for customers returning their leased vehicles.

Schedule: 40 hours per week including 4 weekdays and one weekend day

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customers feel supported and valued throughout the lease return process.

  • Collaborate closely with the Used Car Sales Manager and other members of the team to ensure all lease return requirements are met.

  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently and arrange for the return of the leased vehicle.

  • Ensure all lease return documentation is completed accurately and efficiently adhering to dealership policies legal requirements and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the lease return process.

  • Work closely with the Used Car Sales Manager and other team members to support the overall goals of the dealership.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment by communicating clearly and effectively with internal partners and by providing assistance when needed.

  • Attend and complete required training and participate in departmental meetings.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Availability to work Sundays and four weekdays.

  • 2-4 years experience in administrative services customer service or related fields

  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment including computers fax machines scanners printers phone systems etc.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $19.97 - $26.97 USD per hour.
