Summary
Urology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Goshen Physicians is hiring a Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urology team. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will be considered. This is a full-time position. Were looking for a passionate individual to work in a team-centered collaborative environment. This office sees a high volume of patients and conducts several in-office procedures including vasectomies and catheter placements. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive urological assessment and physical exams diagnose and manage varied urological conditions request and interpret diagnostic tests monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans and offer educational material to patients and families.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified in Indiana
- Urology experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Exhibit strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently within the scope of practice
- Communicate well
- Focus on community emphasizing disease prevention wellness and health promotion
- Provide personal comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
