About You

To support the Regional Sales Manager of the North in driving growth profitability and high performance sales execution across your given region. Along with achievement of your own KPIs you will support the area sales team to acquire
new customers ensuring they achieve their stated trading levels. You will support the Area Manager in championing sales excellence through coaching process discipline and innovation. You will foster an inclusive results-driven
culture developing team members to drive a high performance culture.
