In light of further international expansion of its business Parkwind is looking for a corporate Finance Officer to reinforce our Finance team located in Leuven.
Your Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst who will have the unique opportunity to help establish a new Treasury corporate finance function in an internationally oriented organization.
The treasury team will oversee the groups debt and investment management risk management global payment operations ensuring timely and accurate disbursements managing banking relationships and supporting treasury operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payment systems cash management and treasury processes with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal use of bank products and services.
Support investment external debt and intercompany debt management including compliance with covenants.
Support treasury system improvements and automation initiatives including implementation of payment tools and SAP integration.
Support the roll out of a companywide international multi-currency cash pooling and inhouse bank arrangements
Monitor daily cash positions and coordinate funding across multiple bank accounts and entities. Oversee and manage the companys domestic and international payment processes ( wires c SWIFT etc.).
Execute treasury transactions including guarantee issuances fund transfers term deposits FX deals intercompany loans monitor the hedging portfolio execute the treasury policy
Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with accounting tax controlling and legal teams on treasury-related matters.
First point of contact within the organization for treasury related matters. Ensure treasury set up of newly created entities by coordination of account opening process.
Your Profile:
Qualifications:
Master degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance. corporate banking or financial consulting preferably within energy infrastructure or capital-intensive industries.
Strong understanding of cash management banking products financial markets and debt/investment instruments.
Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of global payment methods bank platforms and treasury controls.
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with renewable energy project structures and funding mechanisms is a plus.
