Permanent English HSIE & Italian Teacher
With the possibility of a 1-point FIAT Coordinator Role

About the opportunity:
Delany College is seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher trained in Secondary English HSIE and Italian to join our collaborative team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
For the right candidate there is the possibility of a 1-point FIAT (Faith in Action Team) Coordinator role.
While we strongly encourage applications from teachers qualified in all three subject areas we also welcome candidates who are qualified in one or two of these KLAs with the flexibility to contribute across the broader curriculum as needed.

The successful candidate will:
Be qualified to teach English HSIE and/or Italian (Years 712)
Have a strong understanding of curriculum requirements for their subject areas
Be confident in using inquiry-based and differentiated learning strategies
Be committed to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments
Demonstrate effective behaviour management and positive classroom culture
Be open to collaboration and continuous professional growth
Be willing to contribute to co-curricular activities and the wider school life
Desirable:
Ability to teach across multiple KLAs
A passion for Catholic education and mission
Qualification & Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Education
NESA Accreditation
Statements of Service
Working with Children Check clearance (essential)
Exceptional communication skills

This position involves working with children.
