About the Role
Sessional teaching positions are available within VU English (VUE) Victoria Universitys English language centre. VUE delivers a range of English Language Programs (EAP General English Study Tours)to international students that are designed to help improve their language and academic skills so they can transition into a course at VU. This role reports to the Academic Manager and weekly hours will range from 8 to 20 hours depending on the centre needs.
VUE operates on two schedules: 911am / 13pm or 11am1pm / 35pm.
As a Sessional Teacher within VUE for General English and English for Academic Purposes yourresponsibilities will include:
Salary and Conditions of Employment
For sessional teaching roles the hourly teaching rate is $95.01 plus superannuation in accordance with the Victoria University Enterprise Agreement 2015.
