The CSR plays a vital role in daily customer operations serving as the first point of contact for clients placing orders requesting product support or seeking problem resolution. Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with orders inquiries and service issues
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for LP/Natural Gas equipment and related products
- Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying issues determining causes identifying solutions and following up to ensure complete resolution
- Maintain professional courteous communication with all customers and team members
- Complete additional assignments as directed by leadership
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in the LP Gas Natural Gas HVAC or Plumbing industries
- Familiarity with propane and natural gas equipment and applications preferred
- 3 years of customer service experience
