KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Oversees ThedaCare supply procurement processes including purchasing inventory management and product standardization.
Participates in interdepartmental quality assurance processes such as tracking/monitoring resolution for product evaluations and conversions.
Performs and generates statistical data of product inventory to assist in the development of improving efficiency and cost containment measures.
Collaborates and coordinates with clinical and ancillary team members about product information on new items and backorders and product substitutions.
Supervises team members.
Organizes and supervises daily operations workflows future planning and payroll.
Ensures quality and safety measures are in place.
Manages department costs and metrics and proactively creates savings plans to achieve departmental goals.
Creates and manages multiple projects as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree
Two years of leadership experience including leading work teams and projects
Three years of warehouse stockroom or supply chain experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance Missing blood comment
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Climate controlled office setting with daily movement throughout the hospital campus
Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers.
