Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Databricks Informatica and other cloud-native solutions.
- Develop data pipelines to feed API-accessible databases and support operational/transactional systems (e.g. PostgreSQL DynamoDB)
- Leverage a variety of data integration and transformation tools including Databricks Informatica ETL and AWS-native data services such as Redshift RDS and DocumentDB.
- Work collaboratively with product teams project leads and data customers to gather data needs and pipeline requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data pipeline development ETL engineering or backend data integration roles.
- Demonstrated hands-on development experience in data transformation and loading into Databricks PostgreSQL and/or AWS DynamoDB.
- Experience with government data systems or working in federal environments.
- Familiarity with compliance and security practices relevant to IRS or other federal data systems.
- Must have active IRS MBI Clearance.
