Job description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Defect Ticket Specialist.

Your Responsibilities:

Tickets analysis in OCTANE (clients ticketing tool)

Trace analysis using tools like Wireshark DLT Viewer

Audio file analysis using tools like Audacity

Issues root cause identification

Ticket assignation to the right third party responsible for fixing the issue

Check implemented bug fix solution.

Automotive software testing experience (mandatory)

Basic Autosar knowledge

Proficiency in communication protocols (CAN LIN FlexRay)

SomeIP knowledge of TCP/IP UDP

Good communication skills in English.
