Marketing Officer CWRT Coventry (4-day week Hybrid Flexible hours) Permanent - 34 hours per week 26500 - 28662 depending on experience

Job Description

The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities and managing all incoming enquiries. This includes the planning delivery and evaluation of campaigns across digital and offline channels tracking of marketing performance and supporting stakeholder engagement activities.

The Marketing Officer will support the development of CWRTs annual Social Impact Report working closely with internal teams to gather impact data produce case studies and present outcomes in a clear accessible format for stakeholders partners and the public.

The Marketing Officer will also own the end-to-end enquiry handling process ensuring that all client and partner interactions are logged responded to chased and updated in a timely and professional manner.

This role acts as a key point of coordination between the Sales & Marketing Manager and the Lending team ensuring marketing efforts translate into meaningful engagement and measurable results.

Main Duties

Marketing & Content Execution

  • Deliver multichannel campaigns (email social website).
  • Create and schedule brand-aligned content.
  • Update website and optimise digital assets for SEO and engagement.
  • Manage social media across LinkedIn Facebook Instagram X.

Enquiry Management & CRM Support

  • First contact for enquiries via web phone email referrals.
  • Log and categorise enquiries in CRM within 48 hours.
  • Follow up on incomplete or outstanding enquiries.
  • Provide enquiry reports and highlight trends/issues.

Reporting & Market Insight

  • Assist with monthly campaign and engagement reports.
  • Track social and email marketing metrics.
  • Support collection of case studies and testimonials.
  • Conduct ad hoc market research.

Stakeholder & Event Support

  • Help deliver stakeholder events and external outreach.
  • Coordinate presence at exhibitions meetings community events.
  • Maintain CRM database of partners and clients.

Impact Reporting & Communications

  • Coordinate annual Social Impact Report production.
  • Collect data on lending business outcomes demographics.
  • Write customer case studies and success stories.
  • Support report design and distribution (digital/print).
  • Ensure alignment with brand funder expectations and strategic themes.
